• Same day shipping for orders placed before 3pm Central Time, and before 11am Central time on Saturday. No shipping on Sunday.
• *Please Note* If tracking from shipping carrier shows delivered, Alan's Muscle Mart LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. Contact carrier to file a claim.

Shipping Cost

Shipping costs are determined by product/order weight, in combination to box dimensions. 

Shipping Methods

It is HIGHLY suggested to select UPS as the shipping provider to ensure your order makes it to you in a timely manner. In the event USPS is a last option or if you are having an order shipped to a military post would be the ONLY time we recommend using USPS shipping service. 

Please double check your FULL ADDRESS is correct upon placing your order (Including Name, PO Box, Street Name, Apartment Number, City, State & Zip Code). For any immediate changes to shipping address, email us ASAP. Once shipped Alan's Muscle Mart LLC. is not responsible for address updates.
